Navigating large and complex indoor spaces like airports can be a frustrating experience for passengers. This can lead to delays, missed flights, and increased stress levels. You must have seen the yellow lines on the floor, arrows and sign boards found on Airports, Subways and other public spaces. Aren't they helpful to reach where you want? What if you get personalized arrows and signs that direct you to where you want to go? That is what we made by partnering with RouteMe.
RouteMe is the solution Miami and Athens International Airports chose to solve their problem. RouteMe provides true step by step indoor navigation that harnesses the power of AI and AR to give users an accurate path to their destination, No beacons, No WiFi triangulation, No App-installs. RouteMe's innovative QuickScan™ technology provides a true "app-free” navigation solution that allows passengers and users to simply scan and see the path to their destination, as simple as that.
Users not yet ready for Spatial computing yet? No worries, One can use video based navigation, both AR and Video based navigation are enabled with AI. It smartly determines the user's movements and shows directions accordingly. It moves when the user is moving and stops when the user stops, you gotta see it to believe it.
At Mind Inventory, as leaders of technology, we always want to deliver the best solutions possible.. We did implement two solutions for RouteMe, One is AR based and another is Video based. Video.ai implementation essentially makes it accessible to everyone, accesible even before users reach the premises. Users can see their route in advance before they reach there. Let us look at the key elements of the solution we focused on.
Apps are a barrier of entry, getting a customer to install an app for a limited use case is both expensive and futile. The implementation we did for RouteMe is based on Play Instant Apps and Apple App Clips, It simply works without any installation, simply scan and go, It even works from a website or links to access it earlier.
The implementation we did has accuracy within 0.5 meters on most routes over 300 meters. RouteMe is the only solution that can offer that level of accuracy on augmented reality routes.
We are providing the solution with 30+ Languages. It automatically detects the user's preferred language and shows instructions and spatial audio prompts to help users get where they need to be, regardless of who you are because there is no concept of User in the implementation. Thus GDPR loves RouteMe. 0 user tracking, afcourse we have analytics
We also developed a video based solution, We named it Video.ai, It is navigation for customers who are not ready for Spatial computing just yet. Fully narrated in over 30+ languages, captioned and blurred faces for privacy concerns are just one of the many features We worked on.
If you are a business looking to have indoor navigation, the last thing you want is to have to invest in expensive hardware just to get started. RouteMe does not use Bluetooth beacons, WiFi triangulation, magnets or complex cameras to build your path. Our solutions work without all the fuss. A smartphone is all we need.
RouteMe transforms indoor navigation with AI and AR, offering seamless, app-free wayfinding. Simply scan and get real-time directions—no installs, no hardware. Our solution, implemented at Miami and Athens Airports, ensures precise navigation with multilingual support and privacy-first design. Effortless, accurate, and scalable for airports, hospitals, and retail spaces.
Often users want to know and get familiar with the place before they go there, RouteMe solves the purpose by integrating links on Website add apps. User can check various places and paths to reach there while being away from the place, this helps them know the way in advance and helps in reducing energy and time wasted on finding things.
This ground breaking spatial technology is not limited to helping people navigate public spaces, it can be used in stores helping users locate particular item shelfs or can help them find their seats in huge spaces like stadiums or operas.
