The Brief

Qaar Inc. is an American transportation network company offering services for requesting rides and finding drivers nearby to pick up.
With QAAR, users reach their destination at their fingertips. If the rider requests a ride, the application will show nearby drivers within the range of 3 miles. They can select any vehicle from the available categories. Based on that, they get helpful information about the upcoming trip, including the driver’s name, picture, contact information, vehicle details, and arrival time at the pickup location. Once they reach their destination, users can rate drivers and provide feedback to help improve the QAAR experience.

The Challenge

With many similar businesses in the market, launching something similar is always challenging as people would expect something new to choose us over the existing companies. QAAR wanted to create applications for riders, drivers, and the admin team to seamlessly navigate through the solution and offer users a useful app that lets them make the most of it to enjoy a comfortable ride

The Solution

To provide the best solutions for the client’s business challenges, they needed our help to audit the technical processes and use cases that support the vision. Rider Application

As per project requirements, we created an easy-to-navigate and real-time rider app that allows riders to easily book their ride with quick three steps and by applying filters for vehicle categories. This app contains features like real-time notifications, multiple payment methods (payment gateways and Qaash wallet), promo codes and discounts, favourite rides, and 24/7 live chat support.

Driver Application

We designed a driver’s app interface that gives them the best experience. Also, implemented features that show drivers the ride fares and their net earning amount for better transparency. This app also has features like real-time notifications for quick actions to accept/decline the ride request, flexible payout settings, driver subscription options, and 24/7 dedicated support.

Super Admin Panel

We created a robust admin panel with features and accessibilities like live tracking, earning reports, creation of promotional offers and Qaash packages, targeted campaign messages (through SMS, push notification, in-app messages, and emails), complementary hourly bonus payout system for drivers, and vehicle category and pricing structure update. All these to maintain top-notch product user experience

Website Development

QAAR website is the bigger version of the rider mobile application. We created an easy-to-use desktop interface to request the ride and track the trip with a bigger view on the map. It also has every other feature from the rider mobile application. On the QAAR website, we also implemented an amazing feature, allowing influencers to register and earn while inviting other users to use the rider/driver app.

Live Trip Monitoring

For the QAAR business admin team, it's a must task to live track each ongoing ride to ensure the safety of passengers and drivers as well as to run efficient and well-maintained ride-sharing business operations. We helped them do it by implementing a live trip monitoring feature that plays an essential role in the super admin panel application

Continuous Monitoring and Maintenance

The client also sought post-deployment support and maintenance services from us. They opted for a flexible bucket model, purchasing flexible working hours to promptly update and bug-fix the app through dedicated app performance monitoring. This approach ensures users have an up-to-date app user experience in line with the latest technology and market trends.
