Navatech, a UAE-based technology company, set out to address one of the construction industry’s most persistent challenges: keeping workers safe on fast-moving, high-risk sites. With safety incidents linked to significant financial and human cost, Navatech wanted to build an AI solution that could reach every worker directly, in their own language, without requiring new hardware or extra training.

MindInventory partnered with Navatech to build a WhatsApp-based safety copilot that combines computer vision, predictive analytics, and conversational AI. The platform lets workers report hazards through their phone cameras, receive instant safety alerts in over 50 languages, and gives managers real-time visibility into site risk, all through tools their teams already use every day.

Built a WhatsApp native AI copilot that enables workers to report hazards, receive instant safety guidance, and access critical information without installing another application or changing their existing workflow.

Integrated computer vision using YOLO models to identify on site hazards from smartphone images, enabling workers to detect risks such as damaged equipment, loose debris, and unsafe conditions in real time.

Leveraged machine learning to analyze safety trends and identify potential risks before they escalate into workplace incidents, enabling proactive safety management.

Streamlined incident reporting, safety documentation, and compliance workflows by automatically generating structured records and audit ready reports.

Developed role based dashboards for administrators, supervisors, and site managers to monitor safety incidents, assign corrective actions, track team performance, and oversee multiple construction sites from a single platform.

Built a scalable cloud native platform using ReactJS, Python, FastAPI, Google Cloud, and AWS to support growing workforces, distributed construction sites, and enterprise scale operations with high availability.
