The idea involved multiple interconnected apps (customer, shopkeeper, delivery, and admin) with undefined product architecture, user flows, and real-time interactions.
Beyond a basic listing app, it required complex real-time order logic, multi-user status synchronization, and precise hyperlocal location-based triggers.
The client needed high-level consultancy to select, integrate, and stabilize key third-party services: Razorpay (Payments), MSG91 (OTP), and Firebase (Notifications).
Building the ecosystem demanded specialized expertise in Flutter, Node.js backend, and advanced AWS cloud infrastructure.
