NAGA Multi-Asset Social Trading Platform Interface Showcase on Desktop Web and Mobile App

How MindInventory Designed NAGA's Multi-Asset Social Trading Platform for Web and Mobile

MindInventory partnered with NAGA, a publicly listed German FinTech company, on the UI/UX design of its complete trading platform across web and mobile, a year-plus engagement covering one of the most complex design problems a financial product faces: making a multi-asset trading experience feel intuitive, reliable, and engaging rather than overwhelming. NAGA today serves a community of 2.6M+ users trading across 4,000+ assets, and merged with CAPEX to form one of the world's leading neo-brokers.

Why This Had to Be Built

A trading app carries a specific design burden most consumer apps don’t: it has to display dense, fast-moving financial information (live prices, charts, positions, risk indicators) without ever feeling chaotic, because a confusing interface on a trading platform doesn’t just frustrate a user, it risks a costly mistake. NAGA’s ambition made that harder, not easier: rather than a narrow single-asset trading tool, NAGA set out to unify social trading, multi-asset investing, and everyday payments into one connected experience, “one app, everything money,” as the platform puts it. Designing that coherently, so a first-time trader and an experienced one both find their way around, was the core challenge.

The Design Approach

NAGA Multi-Asset Social Trading, CFD Investing, and Autocopy Unified UI/UX Design Interface

Unifying three very different experiences into one interface

NAGA’s platform isn’t just a price feed and a buy button. It combines a social feed for trade ideas, a full multi-asset trading experience (CFDs, stocks, forex, crypto, commodities, and more), and Autocopy, a feature letting users replicate the trades of others. Designing these as one coherent product, rather than three bolted-together tools, was central to the engagement.

NAGA Web Trader Desktop and Native iOS Android Mobile App UI/UX Design Consistency

Designing for both web and mobile from one vision

Traders don’t stay on one device. The design work spanned NAGA’s Web Trader and its native mobile apps, built to feel consistent and equally capable whichever surface a trader is using, rather than a full-featured desktop experience with a stripped-down mobile afterthought.

Real-Time TradingView Charting and Trading Central Financial Data Analysis Interface

Making dense financial data legible, not just accurate

Real-time charting (integrated with TradingView), technical analysis tools (via Trading Central), and risk-management features like Stop Loss and Take Profit orders all needed to read clearly under time pressure, the difference between a trader confidently acting on information and hesitating at the worst possible moment.

In Their Words

Bogdan Ungureanu, Head of UI/UX at NAGA, Video Interview Testimonial Thumbnail

“I have had the pleasure of working with MindInventory for more than a year now on our biggest design challenges of creating a full trading app for both web and mobile. From the very start, the collaboration was smooth and effective. The team really understood our vision, and they quickly aligned with our high standards. Together, we designed a platform that feels intuitive, reliable, and engaging for our users.”

A Platform That Grew Through the Engagement

NAGA’s story didn’t stand still during this partnership. In 2023, NAGA announced its merger with CAPEX.com, operated by Key Way Group, a combination that closed in August 2024 and formed, in the companies’ own words, “one of the world’s leading neo-brokers” with roughly 1.5 million users across more than 100 countries at the time of the merger, since grown to NAGA’s current 2.6M+ community. Octavian Patrascu, CAPEX’s founder and now Chairman and CEO of the combined group, has spoken about keeping the company’s “startup DNA,” moving fast and staying innovative, while adopting the structure of a larger, publicly listed organization. A design system built to hold up through that kind of growth and consolidation, not just for a single product moment, is a meaningfully harder brief than most.

Frequently Asked Questions

What did MindInventory do for NAGA?

MindInventory handled UI/UX design for NAGA's full trading platform, web and mobile, across an engagement that ran more than a year. That covered the social feed, the multi-asset trading experience, and Autocopy — designed as one product rather than three separate tools sharing a login. NAGA's Head of UI/UX, Bogdan Ungureanu, has confirmed the work publicly.
